One In Six Australian Owns A Cryptocurrency: Report

Cryptocurrencies have become increasingly popular in recent years. While it is mostly the millennials who have been investing in decentralized digital tokens, the popularity of cryptocurrencies transcends age, gender, and geography. A recent report, based on research done by data aggregator firm Finder and published by the country’s top news and media outlet, “The Australian,” concludes that one in every six Australians owns a cryptocurrency.
